| What is a brand? |
A brand is a unique symbol or string of characters used to represent your facility/business or what it produces. All brands must be certified. You may not brand animals without certification - instead, use a generic naming system (e.g., HerefordC-001) for identification if needed. |
| How do I get a brand? |
Only facilities/businesses can apply for a brand, assuming it relates to their operations. For example, a boarding facility cannot get a brand since it does not produce horses or livestock. Brands are verified after your facility/business. We use a Discord based form system under our “Economy” Discord category - please open a form in “Forms”. Brand forms are checked approximately once a week when the assigned member of staff is available. Ensure you pick up and pay for your brand. |
| Are there any limits on brands? |
Brands may have a maximum of 6 characters and should be limited to an individual symbol, acronym, or a combination (e.g., "★", "RAT", "★ RAT"). Discreet dividers ""|" "/" are permitted between your brand and the name of the animal. If you are registering a symbol it should not look similar to any others currently registered - eg. ★, ✩, ✯. A brand may contain a SMALL "border" (eg. some squiggly lines that are slightly different, a few dots, etc) as more variation to stand out amongst similar brands (eg. two brands containing similar yet different flowers). |
| How can I use my brand? |
Brands may only be used for purposes related to the facility they are registered with. The brand owner controls regulations for their brand (within reason) and must notify players about any individual rules regarding its use. |
| Can I have more than one brand? |
Players may purchase multiple brands if they own multiple facilities/businesses and may combine them under one brand. Players may not own more than one brand per facility/business. |
| How much does a brand cost? |
A brand costs $10,000 to register. This is paid in a chest at /server iron-hoof-isles (small buildings located by the bridge where you spawn originally), you must pay this AFTER you have received a DM from our bot to confirm your application. |
