Description A facility more revolved around roleplay that aims to promote a friendly community for shows that players can be a part of.
Animal Cap No increased animal cap for any player. Property may house up to 30 horses total.
Personal Area No – The property cannot contain any housing.
Permitted Animals SWEM Horses.
Additional Mobs No additional mobs to be housed on the property.
Brand Brand optional, must be used on permitted animals only.

Additional Information

  • This facility type can offer things like lessons and events to the entire community, but needs to mainly be focused on teamwork within your group. Your club should have some form of application to officially recognize users within your group. You may host games, player events, etc focusing around your team.
  • The facility may offer horses to ride/compete.
  • The facility may offer horses for loan or lease.
  • The property may house horses from multiple players if they are part of the Riding Club.
  • The facility may rent out portions of their property (eg. arena hire) to other clubs or players.
  • The facility may charge a membership fee to join the Club.
  • The facility may allow Club members to house horses at the area for free, or for an additional price.

Property Requirements

Requirement Guideline
Pastures Minimum 2 pastures (1 recommended for stallions).
Animal Housing Provide adequate housing for all horses.
Barns Minimum 2 separate barns (1 recommended for stallions). Stallions and mares present in the same barn should have a clear division in the stable with space between their stalls (totalling at least 20b from the outside of each stall).
Arenas Property must contain at least 2 arenas, we recommend these are large and realistic.
Facility Office Property must have an office with facility information — the office must be a separate building from any animal housing.
Property Completion Property must be structurally complete and presentable before an application is submitted. This includes main structures, pathing, major decoration, etc. We reserve the right to decline your property if we do not believe there has been sufficient effort or if it is not finished.
