Description A roleplay-focused facility designed to provide structured riding instruction aimed at improving a user’s riding skills and horsemanship. Riding Schools may offer either roleplay-based or realistic lessons, provided this is clearly specified.
Animal Cap No increased animal cap for any player. The property may house up to 30 horses total.
Personal Area Not permitted — the property may not contain any form of housing.
Permitted Animals SWEM Horses only.
Additional Mobs No additional mobs may be housed on the property.
Brand Eligibility Not eligible for a brand.

Additional Information

  • Riding Schools may offer lessons conducted physically on horseback, as well as educational courses intended to improve overall equine knowledge (e.g., genetics, care, training theory).
  • The facility may not offer boarding or services that would be considered atypical for a riding school.
  • The facility may offer horses for riding or competition.
  • Horses may be available for loan or lease.
  • The property may house horses owned by multiple players (e.g., for lessons or events), however no profit may be made from housing.
  • A variety of lesson formats, packages, and memberships are permitted.
  • Portions of the property (e.g., arenas) may be rented out for use.

Property Requirements

Requirement Guideline
Pastures Minimum of 2 pastures (1 recommended for stallions).
Animal Housing Adequate housing must be provided for all horses.
Barns Minimum of 2 separate barns (1 recommended for stallions). Stallions and mares housed on the same property must have a clear division between stable areas, with at least 20 blocks of separation measured from the outside of each stall.
Arenas Property must include at least 2 arenas. Large, realistic arena designs are strongly recommended.
Facility Office A dedicated office building containing facility information is required. This building must be separate from all animal housing.
Property Completion The property must be structurally complete and visually presentable prior to application submission. This includes all major structures, pathing, and decorations. We reserve the right to decline applications that appear unfinished or lack sufficient effort.
