Facility Information Details
Description A high maintenance facility aimed at producing quality horses and foals for customers.
Additional Information - The facility may breed horses for personal use (e.g., to keep), but these count towards animal/property caps.
  - The facility may breed horses to sell the offspring.
  - The facility may offer "go home" packages, including training if the horse was bred on the property.
  - Horses offered for breeding must be housed on the facility.
  - Breeding facilities cannot sell breeding tokens.
  - Foals must stay with their dams until 4 months old.
  - Studs must be removed from the brood's stall after breeding.
Brand Brand required, must be used on permitted animals only.
Animal Cap +4 onto pre-existing cap. You may register a co-owner who can also use their horses at the facility without exceeding 30 horses total. Clients' foals or brood/studs brought in by clients are not counted towards this.
Personal Area No – The property cannot contain any housing.
Permitted Animals SWEM Horses.
Additional Mobs No additional mobs to be housed on the property.

Requirement Guideline
Stalls & Pastures Follow basic guidelines for stalls and pastures.
Animal Housing Provide adequate housing for all horses.
Barns Minimum 2 barns (1 dedicated for dams and foals).
Facility Office Property must have an office with facility information — the office must be a separate building from any animal housing.
Property Completion Property must be structurally complete and presentable before an application is submitted. This includes main structures, pathing, major decoration, etc. We reserve the right to decline your property if we do not believe there has been sufficient effort or if it is not finished.
