Description	A facility for housing only the permitted animals. You must have at least 3 permitted animals on the property.
Brand	Brand required, must be used on permitted animals only.
Animal Cap	20 out, 30 in mob balls (per species of permitted animals).
Personal Area	Yes – May contain a small discreet personal area (e.g., house).
Permitted Animals	Sheep, Llama, Pig, Cow, Moobloom, Mooshroom, Rabbit, Chicken, Turtle, Axolotl, Betta, Goat, Caribou.
Additional Mobs	Up to 5x animals from the "Pet" category, up to 2x SWEM horses.

Stalls & Pastures	Follow basic guidelines for stalls and pastures.
Animal Housing	Provide adequate housing for all animals. This may be done via pastures or barns. Animals should ideally have access to an outdoor area, though this is not required.
Species Enclosures	Must provide at least one dedicated enclosure for each species housed, bred, or stored on the property.
Facility Office	Property must have an office with facility information. The office must be its own unique building, separate from anything else including animal housing.
Property Completion	Property must be structurally complete and presentable before an application is submitted. This includes main structures, pathing, major decoration, etc. We reserve the right to decline your property if we do not believe there has been sufficient effort or if it is not finished.
