| What is considered inactivity? |
Inactivity is defined as the duration between the last verified login from a player to the current date. Player activity is monitored to ensure animal welfare and maintain an active server.

| How long can I be inactive for? |
Players may be inactive for up to 60 days before their properties are inspected. Logging onto the server briefly will restart your timer.

| What happens if I’m unable to log on? |
Your area will be cleared after 60 days with no login. |
| What happens if I’m inactive for 60 days? |
Animals under your ownership will be sent to rescue (or culled) for adoption into new homes. Properties may be sold, auctioned, or cleared for others to use. Items may also be auctioned, cleared, or included with the property. You will essentially be “reset.” If you return, staff can reset your quest data so you can complete starter quests again and receive a new starter horse. |
| What happens if I quit the server? |
Announcing that you’re leaving is treated the same as reaching 60 days of inactivity. You cannot give away items/properties/animals/money (or anything else that may fall into these brackets, or be considered property/profit) when leaving (to prevent bypassing these rules). You may sell them for a reasonable price following the economy. Alternatively, private message a member of staff in game or open an “Other” ticket - we will quietly manage your property. |
| What happens if I’m banned? |
Permanent bans are treated the same as 60 days of inactivity. |
| What happens if I leave the Discord server? |
Leaving our Discord is treated as leaving the server. Discord is used to contact players, announce important information, and make updates. If you leave please assume everything will be cleared.
You will automatically be unwhitelisted when you leave the Discord, we are not responsible for mistakes or accounts being lost. Please make sure you're being safe online and protecting your accounts with 2FA. |
| I’ve logged on and my claim is expired |
An expired property cannot be retrieved. Once a claim is marked as expired, it means the player has officially exceeded the inactivity limit. Staff do not send inactivity reminders. It is each player’s responsibility to manage their activity, and log in before their timer expires if they wish to return playing after a break. |
