| How do I get a starter horse? |
Speak to Frey at Iron Hoof to learn more about getting your first starter. You must have accepted the quest “Chat with Merrit” with her and set up an adequate area for your first horse. You can browse her selection of steeds in the 8 stalls around her. Afterward, contact a moderator who will inspect your area to ensure welfare requirements are met. Then simply show them the horse you want and pay the correct amount of money. |
| How do I get my first property? |
Locate Atlas at /warp Iron Hoof (turn left to see his Estates store). View potential starter areas, claim one per player, and fill out the form located in his building to register your property. |
| How do I earn money? |
Growing crops and mining are effective early-game methods. Plant wheat, carrots, beetroot, and other vanilla crops. Sell mined goods at the ‘ores’ shop. For a more advanced route, consider starting a facility or renting a pre-made player store in the town area. |
| How many animals can I have? |
Maximum 16 per species (e.g., 16 dogs, 16 cats, 16 sheep, etc.). Horses have a default cap of 14, which can be increased by supporting the server. Additional animal or horse caps may also be obtained through specific facility types, but these extra slots are only for facility purposes. |
| What is Animal Welfare? |
Animal Welfare ensures livestock are properly cared for and helps maintain lag-free gameplay. All players should follow welfare standards, except staff in special cases like events or temporary server areas. For more information, refer to the Animal Welfare Guide. |
| Why is my horse registry different from /swem info? |
Our mod automatically updates. If a horse isn’t rendered, it may not register immediately. Horses are not glitched and can be manually updated if needed. |
| How do I contact staff? |
If a staff member is online and the issue is minor, message them directly. For urgent issues, ping an online staff member or DM one. For non-urgent matters, check the questions channel, FAQ, or ask another player in the community. |
